Description

These is a digital files file for the Onefinity CNC, model Woodworker X-50 with the QCW Frame. These can be used with regular t-tracks that are mounted to your table. The grid pattern is laid out in 1 inch increments (Imperial).

SVG and CRV(VCarve) files included. Cannot guarantee how other CAD programs will interpret the SVG. It has been validated with online viewers and looks the same.

Vectric VCarve and Pro version 11.x
15 Tool paths included are:

Individual board Surfacing
Numbering Vertical and Horizontal
Grid lines
Optional Threaded Inserts – One tool path for the lip of the insert and other depth of the insert.

Please note if you have Carveco you will need to use the SVG (Create your own tool paths). I have not used Carveco yet.

You will need to surface the MDF before cutting the grid and numbers. Having it flat will help getting the grid pattern carved nice and even.

The surfacing tool path is setup for the full board. You will need to change to the tool selection to the tool you have. I used the Whiteside 3 wing surfacing end mill (Spoilboard cutter 6210 – 3 wing tool).

Next change to your v-bit. You will need to zero and set the ZYX to the front corner of first board on the left.  It may need to be done manually because the probe may register the tool path as over the limit. The Whiteside V-Bit (1550) (60 deg 0.5 inches) is the v-bit that was used. The grid setup in 1 inch increments.

Files included are (plus this text file):
OneFinity-WB-Woodworker-Inches.crv
OneFinity-WB-Woodworker-Inches.dxf
OneFinity-WB-Woodworker-Inches.svg
